Introduction

Welcome to Catch24. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Catch24 website at catch24.ai, the Catch24 AI receptionist platform, client dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

Catch24 is a product and service operated by YESWEDOWEB NETWORK WEBSITES DESIGNING - L.L.C ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • "Client" refers to a business or individual who subscribes to the Catch24 platform to use our AI receptionist service for their business operations.
  • "Caller" refers to any person who interacts with a Catch24-powered AI receptionist via phone call, whether through the "Try It Out" demo or a Client's live deployment.
  • "AI Agent" refers to the artificial intelligence-powered voice assistant(s) provided through the Service.
  • "Dashboard" refers to the Catch24 client portal used to manage account settings, view call activity, and access reports.
  • "Demo" refers to the free trial experience available through the "Try It Out" feature on our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Catch24 provides an AI-powered receptionist platform designed for service-based businesses. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI Voice Receptionist: Autonomous AI agents that answer, qualify, and route inbound phone calls on behalf of Clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Appointment Scheduling: AI-driven booking and calendar management integrated with Client scheduling systems.
  • Call Handling: Intelligent call answering, lead qualification, caller identification, and message-taking.
  • Client Dashboard: A web-based portal for Clients to manage their account, review call transcripts, and monitor performance.
  • Demo Experience: A "Try It Out" feature allowing prospective Clients to experience the AI receptionist firsthand.

3.1 AI Disclosure

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate voice responses and conduct phone conversations. Catch24 AI agents are not human operators. Calls handled by our AI agents may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service — whether as a Client or a Caller — you acknowledge and consent to interacting with AI-powered systems.

3.2 Service Availability

The Service is currently available in the United States and Canada. We may expand or restrict geographic availability at our sole discretion. While we strive for 24/7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service (including the Client Dashboard), you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately at hey@catch24.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Paid Plans

Access to the full Catch24 AI receptionist service requires a paid subscription. Subscription details, including pricing, plan features, and billing cycles, are presented at the time of purchase and on our website.

5.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Catch24 does not store your full payment card details.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees on each billing cycle.

5.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of the Service (AI call handling and telephony infrastructure), all fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us at hey@catch24.ai and we will review your case.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior written notice (via email). Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. "Try It Out" Demo

Our website offers a free "Try It Out" demo that allows prospective Clients to experience a live AI receptionist call. By using this feature, you agree that:

  • You must provide a valid name, email address, and phone number.
  • You will receive an AI-generated phone call to the number you provide.
  • The demo call may be recorded, transcribed, and stored for service delivery and follow-up purposes.
  • Anti-bot verification (via Cloudflare Turnstile) is required before submission.
  • The demo is subject to geographic restrictions and is currently available only to users with US or Canadian phone numbers.
  • We may use the information you provide to send follow-up communications related to the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the AI receptionist to conduct spam calls, robocalling, or any form of unsolicited bulk communication.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service or its AI models.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that competes directly with Catch24.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or API endpoint.
  • Use the "Try It Out" demo feature repeatedly or in an automated fashion to abuse telephony resources.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated this section.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, interface, AI models, voice agents, branding, logos, text, graphics, software, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive property of YESWEDOWEB NETWORK WEBSITES DESIGNING - L.L.C and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

8.2 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all data, content, and business information they provide to the Service (e.g., business details, scheduling preferences, greeting scripts). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely to deliver, improve, and support the Service.

8.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Call Recording and Data

9.1 Consent to Recording

By using the Service — whether as a Client deploying our AI receptionist or as a Caller interacting with it — you acknowledge that calls may be recorded and transcribed. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of recorded calls complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including any requirements for two-party consent.

9.2 Transcript Storage

Call transcripts and AI-generated summaries are stored within the Service and may be accessible to the Client through their Dashboard. Data handling practices are further described in our Privacy Policy.

9.3 Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and call analyses are produced algorithmically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Catch24 does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content and is not liable for decisions made based on such content.

10. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service relies on third-party providers for telephony, payment processing, scheduling, and other functionality. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. Your use of any third-party services integrated with Catch24 is subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Catch24, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Catch24 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any missed calls, failed call connections, scheduling errors, or any loss arising from the AI agent's responses or actions during a call.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Catch24 and YESWEDOWEB NETWORK WEBSITES DESIGNING - L.L.C, along with their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Any claim that your use of the Service infringes a third party's rights.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard or by contacting us at hey@catch24.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

13.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or conduct harmful to the Service or other users.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
  • We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period, unless we are required by law to retain it.
  • Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hey@catch24.ai. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any concern within 30 days.

14.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders at least 15 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Catch24 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
